Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence ( MBCfPE ) is a tool for measuring the performance of the organization. Official or certified assessment process MBCfPE application is expensive. Companies that will be formally assessed have to make preparations in the form of internal assessment. On the other hand, for companies, especially small companies - medium, which does not provide a specific budget for certified assessment can keep track of the performance of the company to achieve performance excellence through internal assessment. Internal assessment is the process of measuring the companies performance that carried out by the company by internal experts who understand the concept MBCfPE. However, for companies that begin applying MBCfPE and or don\u27t have a certified examiner, the internal assessment is a problem, especially in determining the scores and identify what strengths and opportunity for improvement company as a performance improvement evaluation. To help companies, this study generates a software system that can assist companies in conducting internal assessment. Scoring process in the software system is designed based Superior Performance Measurement Criteria (Kriteria penilaian Kinerja Unggul-KPKU) developed and implemented by the Ministry of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) or Badan Usaha Milik Negara -BUMN.
